      Description


      Situated in the heart of Camps Bay only a short distance from the beach and popular local restaurants, this villa enjoys two lovely balconies, with a small ocean view and a great vista of Lions Head. Unpretentious, neat and comfortable, villa affords a fantastic holiday experience. The spacious balconies is perfect for sipping sundowners with friends or family.

      The property is incredibly spacious, and consists of a triple storey apartment.

      The lower lever of this apartment consists of the open-plan lounge It is equipped with a flat screen TV and a velvet-like couch that offers a comfortable place to relax amid the scatter cushions while perusing the assortment of DSTV channels or DVDs on quiet evenings when even the lure of the excellent local nightclubs and restaurants holds no appeal. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet, and the open-plan dining room allows a view of the TV as well as a stunning outlook through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

      The two bedrooms sleep four people, and have freestanding fans to cool the air during the hot summer months. The main bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and the safe, and the en-suite bathroom has heated towel rails, a freestanding glass-enclosed shower, a bath and an aesthetically pleasing ultra modern finish. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, perfect for sharing with a friend or for children.

      The chic, open-plan kitchen has dark wood cupboards and countertops of a paler hue, as well as all the conveniences of home plus more, including a dishwasher and tumble dryer to make those unavoidable chores easy. It also comes with a washing machine, microwave, two-plate stove and oven.all the living areas. A large open plan living area houses the kitchen, dining room and the large lounge. This opens up onto a balcony with a generous pool.

      There is direct access from the bottom floor to the other two levels of the apartment.

      There is also a staircase that leads up from the living area to a large landing on the upper floor of the apartment. All three bedrooms are accessed from this landing area. The master and second bedrooms facing forwards, and enjoying remarkable sea views, and the third bedroom facing back onto Table Mountain.

      Each bedroom is en-suite, and is very generous. The front two bedrooms open onto a shared balcony.

      This is a truly spectacular property, and a superb base for your stay in Cape Town.

      Safety is assured with an alarm system installed, safes to store valuables and a private outside parking area with direct access to the lift as well a secure single parking in the remote accessed garage. The fully carpeted bedrooms ensure barefoot comfort, while the rest of the apartment’s stylish tiles and comfortable modern furnishings give an overall impression of tasteful luxury, enhanced by the subtle, recessed lighting that casts a warm glow throughout.

      Outdoor furniture on the covered balcony allows for open-air breakfasts or braais, for which a Webber braai is available upon request. In addition, a splash pool invites impromptu dips to cool off on hot days or to laze in with friends and cocktails for company.

      This villa can be rented as a full 5 bedroom villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, alternatively it can be rented as a 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms.

      Please contact us if we can help in any way. We arrange airport transfers, car hire, tours, restaurant bookings or anything else to make your stay with us enjoyable. Also let us know of any particular requirements such as cots and high chairs for infants. We can also happily pre-stock your apartment with food and drinks on your behalf. If you will be celebrating a special occasion during your stay such as a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, please let us know so that we can make that extra effort on your special day.

      Arrival and Departure
      Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know. Please contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 6440 during office hours, or on +27 84 804 9902 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports
      South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      Cancellations
      Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

      Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
