The large pool is asymmetrically divided approximating to an L-shape while the perimeter is planted with bamboo. The views are of the Rotunda (of the Bay Hotel) and Camps Bay beach extending to Lions Head.
The full-specification Siemens kitchen of double oven, fridge-freezer and gas hobs has white counter surfaces. There is a separate scullery providing and washing/ utility area.
The basement has an en suite guest bedroom, a lounge and wine cooler cabinet. A gym and games room are located here too while outside off a courtyard patio is a large steamroom with shower.
The first floor landing has interesting views back down to the entrance lobby fish pond area and signature driftwood tree.
