      Description


      Azure is an apt name for this property. A sense of peace and serenity pervades the property, and there can be few things more relaxing than listening to the waves breaking on Camps Bay beach from your lounge, or lounging next to the peaceful fish pond, to escape the midday heat. The property has been decorated with many beautiful Asian artworks, which add to the tranquil feel.

      Azure is a five minute walk to beach and restaurants.

      Every aspect of this property is amazing. The superb sea views, the exquisite flow of the living areas, the immaculate design (by one of South Africa’s leading architects) and the beautiful collection of artworks and artifacts that adorn the walls and displays throughout the property.

      One accesses the property via an elevator that comes up directly from the entrance or from the garage. The street level of the property is for the garage. The first floor houses the bedrooms, and the upper floor is the living area.

      Take the elevator up to all floors. The upper floor lift opens up into a very open and spacious living area. Long glass sliding doors can be opened to create a fantastic indoor/outdoor area, and you can enjoy the sound of waves breaking on Camps Bay beach, from the comfort of your own home.

      These glass doors can also be opened at the back of the property, on to a small fern-fringed courtyard area, which enjoys plenty of shade. Here you can enjoy the peace and quite in the shade, next to an elegant Fish pond.

      The upstairs living area is a large open plan area, and it comprises of a kitchen (with a scullery that can be screened off), a large lounge and dining area with antique Indian wooden table and silver plated chairs, and outdoor lounge and heated pool deck that all have sea views. A stunning luxurious formal lounge with incredible views also come off of this open plan area.

      The kitchen is immaculately designed, and thoughtfully appointed, and every need is catered for, whether you are a Cordon Bleu chef, or you simply want to heat up leftovers.

      The lounge has a large flat screen television, AV system with an ipod dock and the villa has wireless internet.
      On the lower floor, each of the bedrooms are en-suite, and two enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles. The other has its own private patio with steps leading up to the pool area.

      Each bedroom is wonderfully comfortable, lace linen from Italy and each has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The main bedroom has a double bathroom shared by one big shower.

      This property is truly spectacular. It is ideal for the discerning traveler, who does not want to compromise on comfort or quality. Come to Azure and enjoy life at a slow, serene and luxurious pace.

      Housekeeper available Monday to Saturday supplied by owner and for R200.00 a day is also available on Sundays.

      Excellent alarm system linked to armed response unit plus CCTV at entrance allows you to view the vistors before accessing the propety.

      Private elevator stopping at each floor from street front door entrance or from garage.
      House is small wheelchair friendly.
      Parking for two cars in garage plus safe street parking.
      Please contact us if we can help in any way. We arrange airport transfers, car hire, tours, restaurant bookings or anything else to make your stay with us enjoyable. Also let us know of any particular requirements such as cots and high chairs for infants. We can also happily pre-stock your apartment with food and drinks on your behalf. If you will be celebrating a special occasion during your stay such as a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, please let us know so that we can make that extra effort on your special day.

      Arrival and Departure
      Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know. Please contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 6440 during office hours, or on +27 84 804 9902 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports
      South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      Cancellations
      Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

      Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
